The Culture Hub project was a comprehensive design initiative aimed at creating a digital platform that serves as a centralized space for discovering and engaging with culturally relevant content of staff resources as well as company highlights.

The project aimed to address the need for a cohesive digital space where users could easily discover and engage with culturally significant content. The existing platforms were fragmented, with users often needing to navigate multiple sites to access the desired information. The Culture Hub was designed to streamline this experience, offering a single destination for diverse, curated content.
Design Approach
We worked closely with stakeholders to define key user personas, user journeys, and business goals for the platform.
Once the goals were clearly defined, I created wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to explore the overall layout and structure of the platform. During this phase, I focused on:
Designing a modular grid system to allow for flexibility in content presentation.
Ensuring ease of navigation through clear hierarchy and intuitive UI components.
Experimenting with card-based layouts for content sections to promote engagement.
Visual Design
The visual design of "The Culture Hub" was centered around a bold, clean aesthetic that reflected the cultural themes of the content. Key design elements included:
A cohesive use of typography that maintained legibility across desktop and mobile.
Large hero images and full-width visuals to create an immersive experience for users.
I was responsible for defining the look and feel of the contributor pages, where content from various creators was featured. The goal here was to create a visually engaging space that highlighted the work of contributors while maintaining alignment with the broader platform design.

Corporate announcements and comms (blogs)
Upcoming events/important dates calendar
Screening room/Current Press
Employee Highlights
Menu items linking out to company resources of relevant documents such as, Employee Directory, Google Drive Templates, Forms, Benefits & Payroll etc
Final Outcome:
The final product was a fully responsive platform that catered to a global audience. The clean, modern design met the needs of the users, providing a seamless browsing experience across all devices. The platform's modular design allowed for continuous updates and additions, ensuring its scalability as new content was produced.
The Culture Hub project was an exciting opportunity to design a platform that not only serves as a content hub but also fosters a sense of community among its users. The platform's success demonstrated the value of combining strong visual design with thoughtful user experience principles.
